About the Opportunity
As Director of Product Management for OKX Pay, you’ll bridge Web3 innovation and everyday utility by enabling seamless crypto transactions. Lead product vision, roadmap, and execution to empower the next billion users.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define OKX Pay’s direction, aligning with OKX’s mission for secure, user-centric Web3 solutions.
- Feature Development: Drive end-to-end design of payments, savings/yield, and other wallet features.
- UX Leadership: Transform complex crypto concepts into intuitive interfaces using data and research.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to launch compliant innovations.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulations to identify opportunities.
- Team Growth: Mentor product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in PM, preferably in crypto/fintech, with a focus on consumer apps.
- Deep user empathy and ability to solve real-world needs.
- Technical fluency in blockchain, stablecoins, and non-custodial wallets.
- Strong leadership in high-growth environments and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Knowledge of crypto regulations (KYC, Travel Rules, fraud management).
