The Supernova Program is a 3-year career accelerator designed to propel high-potential graduates into future leaders within the Product team. This program nurtures technical expertise and leadership in the crypto space, empowering you to craft your own narrative in the industry.
As a Graduate Product Manager, you’ll contribute to the core OKX app, used by millions daily. Collaborating with design, engineering, and other teams, you’ll identify user needs and deliver high-impact features through rapid iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement research and product design, gathering user feedback to develop actionable solutions.
- Identify emerging business trends and industry demands, designing financial product features from prototype to launch.
- Enhance product competitiveness and user experience via data analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Partner with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless product launches and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent self-taught expertise).
- ≤1 year of full-time professional experience.
