Transaction FAQs
Why don't transferred funds appear immediately?

- SecuXess (desktop)
- SecuX Mobile App (for Bluetooth models)
Check transaction status using blockchain explorers like:
- Etherscan for Ethereum
- Blockchair for Bitcoin
VeChain Token Support
SecuX only supports VEN (ERC-20) tokens, not VET mainnet coins. Mainnet transfers won't appear.
Can transactions disappear?
Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible. Failed transactions may still incur network fees without fund deduction.
