Role Overview
Join OKX’s Compliance team as a Senior Compliance Analyst specializing in AML Investigations. This remote role ($92K–$151K) focuses on detecting financial crimes, analyzing transaction patterns, and ensuring regulatory adherence in the dynamic crypto and FinTech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate user account activities triggered by transaction monitoring alerts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve cases via Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Research internal/external data to identify suspicious activity and adverse news.
- Escalate high-risk cases and draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
- Support system validations, QA reviews, and ad-hoc AML projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in AML/CFT investigations within financial services, FinTech, or crypto.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (written/spoken).
- Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
